LOCK up your tanks: Our vigilant Neighbourhood Watch has passed on a note of warning from PC Natalie Gardner, from the Hart Rural Safer Neighbourhood team.

Some time between May 24 and 28, some scoundrel(s) removed the padlocks from the domestic fuel tank outside the village hall and stole approximately 350 litres of fuel. If you have any domestic fuel tanks on your properties, check to ensure they are locked and secured. Let the police know if you saw anyone acting suspiciously. Contact the 101 number or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
