WESTSIDE Senior Citizens Club (55- plus): The club meets at the Westside Community Centre, every Wednesday, between 2pm and 3.45pm, and enjoys such activities as skittles, bingo, quizzes, etc. They also organise day trips – the next one is a ‘Mystery Tour’ on May 17. RACE Night: The ever-popular race night returns to Westside Community Centre on Saturday, June 7, 7.30pm-11.30pm. Tickets cost £7 for members and £8 non-members. The ticket price includes a fish and chips supper. Contact Nicky on 464571.
SOUTH Ham’s Youth Centre: The youth centre is located in the Russell Howard Pavilion, and is open every Wednesday and Friday, 6.30pm-8.30pm. The centre is for eight to 19-year-olds.
MUG & Biscuit: Meet and make friends at the Mug & Biscuit, in St Andrew’s Methodist Church, Western Way. Enjoy hot and cold drinks, snacks and a listening ear. Open Tuesdays, 10am-2pm, and Wednesdays to Fridays, 10am-noon.
