CONGRATULATIONS: To Tadley Scout Group, who won all three trophies Beaver Scout, Cub Scout and Scout Explorers last weekend at the St George’s Day Celebration at The Hurst Community College.

FIRST aid: On Saturday, between 2pm and 3pm at the community centre, the local community First Responders group is handing over the first public access defibrillator in Tadley donated by the Loddon Valley Lions Club. They will also show Mayor Councillor Dan Putty just what the First Responders do.

FORTHCOMING events: This Saturday, there is a mini market at St Paul’s Church Hall, on The Green, at 10.30am.

Also this Saturday, there is an indoor car boot sale and community market at the Community Centre, 10am until noon. Tables cost £5. Call 0118 981 4538.

In the evening, Tadley Cinema is showing the film “Saving Mr Banks” at the community centre. Tickets cost £4.50 members and £5.50 for non-members.

Doors open at 6.30pm and the film starts at 7pm. To book, call the community centre on 0118 981 4538.
