ANNUAL meeting: The annual parochial church meeting will take place after the 10.30am service in St James’ on Sunday.
There will be a review of the last year and a look ahead to this year as well as the election of PCC members for the coming year. All are encouraged to go along.
KNITTING Circle: On Tuesday, there will be a meeting of the group at ‘Vectis’, Silchester Road, from 2.30pm. The group has decided to become associated with Knit for Peace. This organisation matches knitters with good causes. Any knitting, garments or blankets which keep people warm are welcomed and found a use for, at home or abroad. BRAMLEY Cricket: The Bramley team will play its first game of the season on Sunday, at home on the Clift Meadow against a team from Mortimer.
BRAMLEY and Romans Floral Society: Meets next Thursday, at 1.30pm in Sherfield Village Hall.
