EASTER Church Services: Tomorrow, at 2pm, there will be a Good Friday Service in St James’ – “An Hour at the Foot of the Cross”.
On Sunday, Easter Day, Holy Communion, at 9am, will be held in St Stephen’s Church, Little London, and in St James’, Bramley, Family Communion at 10.30am. Tea and coffee to follow in Cross House.
FLOWER Festival: The combined artistry of Bramley and Romans Floral Society and St James’ flower arrangers will be on show from July 24 to July 27 in St James’.
BRAMLEY Lunch Club: The club now meets on Thursdays in Cross House.
There was a well attended lunch on April 10. After tea and coffee, books were sorted for the next month’s reading and the group settled down to fathom out Rachel’s quiz on “flowers and plants” and then one on historic dates. A cup of tea or coffee and the raffle with a prize for everyone ended the day.
