SCHOOL choir: Fresh from their triumph at the O2 recently, the children of the Hatch Warren Infant School Choir performed at the Mayor’s Charity Concert at The Anvil last Saturday.
HATCH Warren WI: The ladies will be holding their April meeting at the community centre next Thursday, April 3. The speaker for the night will be talking about “The Romance of the Post Box”.
The meeting starts at 8pm. New members and visitors are welcome.
MOTHERING Sunday Service: Immanuel Church will be holding a special service for Mother’s Day this Sunday. All are welcome and all ladies attending will receive a posy of flowers. The service will be held in the Church Centre, St Mark’s School, starting at 10am.
BUS consultation: Hampshire County Council is currently reviewing its bus subsidies and has begun a public consultation.
One of the vital routes serving Hatch Warren and Beggarwood, the number 12, is subsidised by Hampshire. You can comment on whether you would like the subsidy to remain by going to the HCC webpage at 3.hants.gov.uk/passengertransport/trans portconsultation2014.htm.
