CAN you help?: KANCARE (Kempshott NeighbourCare scheme) would welcome some more volunteers to transport local residents to hospital and other medical appointments, visit the housebound, or do anything a good neighbour would do.
This does not require a regular commitment and normally only entails a task a month (unless the volunteer wishes to do more!). If you think you are able to help, or would just like more information, please call 01256 474147 and speak to the co-ordinator.
KEMPSHOTT Conservation Group: Is holding their next work party on Thursday, April 3, and will again be meeting along the footpath between Coniston Road and Down Grange (behind 77-155 Coniston Road) at 2pm.
LITTER-PICK: The next monthly community litter-pick, weather permitting, will be held on Sunday, April 6, at 10am, meeting in the Down Grange car park (off Pack Lane). Anyone welcome, litter-pickers and sacks provided.
KEMPSHOTT Village Hall, in Stratton Park (off Pack Lane): Is home to quite a few community activities throughout the week – to find out more visit their website kempshottvillagehall.co.uk/.
