“HAVE Your Say”: Is a chance for members of the public to decide which community groups get a funding boost and takes place at the council offices on Wednesday, March 26, from 3pm to 7pm. It’s a joint initiative between Basingstoke Voluntary Services and the borough and county councils.
Visitors can call in anytime that afternoon, meet volunteers from the community groups seeking funding and vote for their favourites to receive extra money. Two local groups will be there so please call in to show your support.
BROOKVALE Community Association’s March committee meeting: Had a packed agenda, including a tour of the village hall building work, along with discussions on pumping into the River Loddon, the association’s summer coach trip and a possible community pantomime. Next meeting is 7.30pm at the village hall on April 3.
