Sue says: “We plan to meet at 7.15pm outside The White Hart – hope you can make it”. Proceeds in aid of The Church of England Children’s Society.
HAPPY Faces Playgroup: Produced Christmas with the Aliens last Friday. Carole says: “The children sang beautifully and we had great compliments from the audience. The term ends tomorrow with a party for the playgroup children.”
TASTING session: Tomorrow, in the village hall, Sherfield Village Brewery’s annual tasting session takes place from 6.30pm-8.30pm. Free tasters plus off-sales for Christmas delivery.
CANDLELIT carol service with readings: On Sunday, at St Leonard’s Church at 6.30pm – all welcome. The Christmas Tree Festival last weekend was on the theme of “Around the World” and the church looked beautiful.
