CHRISTMAS Festivities: Starting today, with Ellisfield Ladies’ Festival of Christmas Songs, at The Fox at 6.30pm, to raise funds for Naomi House Children’s Hospice. Children and adults welcome.
CHRISTMAS fayre: Saturday, is the Ellisfield Christmas Fayre, from 2pm-4pm. Entrance £1 (children free). Do go along and enjoy the fun, you will find a range of traditional stalls including home-made cakes and produce, crafts, tombola, children’s activities and delicious refreshments.
All proceeds to be shared between St Martin’s Church and Memorial Hall.
MAYOR’S Christmas Show: At St Michael’s Church, Basingstoke, on Saturday, at 7.30pm, to raise funds for Sebastian’s Action Trust – Bluebells and a Community Foundation Trust. There will be a varied programme of entertainment including Ellisfield’s Theresa Lunn, who will be singing a Christmas medley.
CONGRATUALTIONS: To Debra Richards, whose delicious Passion-fruit Cheesecake with a surprise blueberry centre, won her the accolade Queen of Puddings at last Tuesday’s Ellisfield Ladies Pudding club.
