GENTLEMEN’S Lunch Club: A new lunch club solely for men aged 60 and over has been formed. The next lunch club meeting will be held on Monday, at 12.30pm, at Westside Community Centre. Why not come along and enjoy a Christmas meal and meet and make friends. There is a charge of £3.90, which covers dinner, a piece of cake and coffee or tea.
After lunch, there will be an opportunity for a game of dominoes, cribbage, cards, darts or just a chat with friends. To book a place, contact Nicky on 464571.
CHRISTMAS Extravaganza: Will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2.30pm-6pm, at Westside Community Centre.
The entertainments include a Christmas choir, fancy dress competition, production of A Christmas Carol, Father Christmas, face-painting, free raffle and more. Contact Nicky on 464571.
