SOME great new activities are taking place at Brookvale Village Hall: Taoist Tai Chi, every Wednesday, from 2.30pm to 4pm, is a form of exercise and personal development which aims to promote health and relieve stress, working on the concept that when the physical body is healthy and strong and the mind is quiet, the transformation of internal energies can occur.
