Sunday 8, Patronal Service at 10am, and see the exhibits from noon to about 5pm, when we close.
Entry free, with donations for food and the exhibition.
PHOENIX Club: Will host Professor Ian Rowland, from Reading University, who will speak on ‘Food for a Long and Healthy Life’, on Wednesday, September 4, at 2pm, in the Club Room.
VILLAGE Market: from 10am to noon on September 7. Vegetables in season, plants, meat, crafts, cards, mustard, jams and chutneys, Sally the barber. Tea and coffee served.
BEER Festival: September 14, in the village hall from 4pm.
Dixie Jazz. Tickets £11, to include two drink vouchers, light supper, half-pint tankard with the Silchester Horse logo. Cider, wine and soft drinks also available.
