THE Girls are Back!: “The Bakehouse” has reopened with most of the original team.
Now led by cake specialist Hilma Nardi, new and previous customers were tantalised at a tasting day last Saturday.
Exciting treats are available between 8am and 4pm, from Monday to Saturday, and we can once again buy proper artisan-made loaves on a regular basis.
PALM Sunday: The procession will gather in The Crown car park leaving at 9am for the 9.30am Sung Eucharist at St Mary’s.
The Stations of The Cross commences at 5.30pm.
At 8pm, on both Wednesday and Thursday of Holy Week, there are Eucharist services.
CHURCH Electoral Roll: Please return your completed forms to the blue post box in St Mary's by March 31; vital for voting at the annual church meeting on April 21 at 11.15am.
MAYOR’S Charity Arts and Crafts Festival: At Hampshire Court, from 2pm to 6pm on March 31, and 10am to 5pm on April 1.
Admission to the festival is free.
