MEN’S Breakfast Club: This Saturday, the club is open to all men from teens upwards, so why not go along and enjoy a hearty cooked breakfast followed by an invited speaker?
This starts at 9.50am, at Main Road Methodist Church Hall.
PALM Sunday Walk: This Sunday, the walk is starting at 9.45am from Silchester Village Hall, followed by a service at 11am in the church, and not the amphitheatre, as previously mentioned, due to large areas of mud at the site.
GOOD Friday’s Walk of Witness: Starting from St Mary’s Church to the URC. More details next week.
HEATH End Village Hall: On April 19, the hall is hosting a talk and slide show by Hampshire explorer and broadcaster, John Pilkington, entitled “Georgia to Afghanistan”. Tickets £6, including tea/coffee. Call Pauline on 0118 9813450 or Janette on 0118 9814858.
