JUMBLE sales: The recent village hall sale raised £445.50 and the committee wish to thank all the generous donors and helpers.
Keep March 23 free for the next two events in the village – the table-top sale in the morning at the RBL Hall, and the WI jumble in the afternoon in the village hall.
CARNIVAL: Still time for five-12s to prepare for the prince and princess selection disco today, from 4.30pm-6pm, in the RBL Hall. Parents do not need to stay with their offspring. Admission £1.50.
MILL Field Conservation Group: Volunteer clearers will be welcomed for a couple of hours on Saturday, March 23, meeting at the play area at 10am. Tools and refreshments provided.
PLOUGHMAN’S Lunch: At 12.30pm on March 21 in the Parish Room.
VILLAGE Hall: If you need an excellent venue for a regular event, contact Sandy on 477637, as there is a slot on Monday nights from 8.30pm.
PLANT Sale: Lots of time to start growing plants for the OBAGS sale at the Riley Lane site on Sunday, May 12.
