FIRST Chineham Guides: Meet at the village hall on Mondays, from 7pm, and they currently have spaces.
Volunteers to help with Rainbow, Brownie and Guide groups are always needed.
If you can spare a couple of hours each week and/or are interested in your daughter joining a group, please contact the District Commissioner Sandie Jackson on 07811 648398 or sandie@theinterweb.co.uk.
CHATTERBOOKS: The session on March 9 (usually held at Chineham Library) will be held in the Lily Pads children’s centre while the library refit is going on.
ARTS Festival at Christ Church on Saturday: On the theme of “peace”, you are invited to exhibit your hobbies and skills in the form of sculpture, painting, needlework, photos, models, woodcarving etc.
Staging will take place during the morning from 9am to noon, and the exhibition will be open to the public from 2pm to 5pm.
Exhibitors are asked to contact Ruth, in the parish office, on 474280 or email admin@christchurchchineham.org.uk for further details and to book a place – there is no charge to exhibit or view the exhibition.
