NEW planning application: There will be an exhibition today, on a potential new planning application affecting Hatch Warren and Beggarwood.
The potential application is for 64 homes and nine flats for Kempshott Park Industrial Estate, Longwood Copse Lane.
The exhibition will be open from 5pm until 8pm at Old Down Hall, Kempshott Lane.
Local residents may view the plans and comment on them prior to a formal application being made to the borough council.
SPRING Craft Fair: The community centre is holding a Spring Craft Fair this coming Sunday, from 2pm until 4pm. Entrance is 50p for adults, children are free. As well as plenty of locally produced crafts there will be children’s activities and also refreshments.
WI Meeting: The ladies of the Hatch Warren WI will be meeting at the community centre next Thursday, March 6, from 8pm. The theme for the evening will be “Cupcakes for Easter” and will include a demonstration from WI member and expert baker Sandra Christie.
New members and visitors are always welcome.
