WOOTTON House: This Sunday, from 1.30pm to 4pm, Wootton House, in Wootton St Lawrence, is opening the gardens for people to go and look at their lovely snowdrops.
The gardens are normally opened in April to show the daffodils but this year, the snowdrops are looking beautiful so they are opening this weekend.
Entry is £1 per person and children are admitted free, with money raised going to the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Ambulance.
MOBILE Library: The mobile library will be in Kennet Way on Monday, from 10.45am to 1pm.
DAY of Prayer: On Friday, March 1, the Women’s World Day of Prayer is being held at Oakley Methodist Church from 10.30am to 11.30am. The service is prepared this year by the Christian women of France. All are welcome to go along, men, women and young people.
OAKLEY Health Walk: This Sunday, at 2.30pm, there will be a walk of an hour or so, leaving from the bottle bank at Beach Park. All are welcome including mums and dads with children. Well behaved dogs can go too.
