EVERGREENS: May says: “Our February meeting should have been our AGM but this will now take place at our next meeting.
“We enjoyed a few games of bingo after the business part of the meeting, followed by our raffle. The next meeting is on the March 4.”
ANNUAL Parochial Church meeting of St Leonard’s Church: Will be held at 11.15am on Sunday, March 17, at the church.
LONDON Marathon: Ben Eason is running the London Marathon, in aid of the extension at St Leonard’s Church.
Ben says: “This will be marathon number 10 for me. Any contribution that you can make would be greatly appreciated”.
52 SKIDOO: This threepiece 1920s Harlem swing band will be performing at the village hall on Saturday, March 9. American- Italian style pizza and salads will be served.
