ELLISFIELD Supper Club: Congratulations to Doreen Lonergan for successfully gathering a group of 22 villagers to join the Ellisfield Supper Club, which met for the first time last Saturday night at The Fox.
The next meeting will be on Saturday, March 9, 7.30pm for 8pm.
ROADS not rivers: Finally, last Sunday, saw a team from Hampshire Highways come through the village and excavate the grips which take surface water from Green Lane and College Lane.
The mystery of floods on the top of the hill near the phone box remains to be solved another day.
BUSHYWARREN Lane: May not be the best way to leave the village during the early part of next week, as preparatory treeworks start prior to the creation of two new passing places ahead of the construction of the anaerobic digestion plant.
