BEETLE Drive: Friends of Guiding are holding a Beetle Drive this Sunday, at the Scout and Guide Centre from 3pm.
Tickets are £3, or £10 for a family. With refreshments and a raffle, it promises to be fun for all the family. For further information, please call Jane on 780700.
MOBILE library: The library is visiting Oakley twice this week. It will be in Kennet Way on Monday, from 1pm to 4pm, and Wednesday, in Petersfield, from 11.20am to 11.50am.
JUMBLE sale: Oakley Bowling Club is holding a jumble sale this Saturday, at East Oakley Village Hall, from 2pm. There will also be a raffle, tombola and refreshments. As usual, please take along any items for the sale to the hall on the morning of the sale.
COFFEE and chat: Every Wednesday, this group meet at East Oakley Village Hall, between 10am and noon. Unlimited hot drinks and biscuits cost just 50p and cakes are 10p each, so pop in to warm up and have a chat.
