MAKING Molly Mobile Fundraising: Julie, ASDA’s community champion, would like to thank ASDA customers who supported Molly, in ASDA’s ‘green token chosen by you’ scheme, and her ASDA colleagues who came and supported the fundraising activities she arranged to fundraise for Molly’s wheelchair.
She would also like to thank Sporting Footprints, Basingstoke Lions Club, and AA Medical in Kent who also donated generously were invited to a buffet lunch at ASDA last Saturday to celebrate the arrival of the chair and to see how much it is already benefitting Molly.
BAGS2SCHOOL collection: In March, the Church of Christ the King will be having another BAGS2 SCHOOL collection for their Sunday School.
If, as you sort out your old winter things, you find that you have any unwanted fabric, clothes, shoes, belts or bags and would be happy to donate them to the Church of Christ the King to raise money for their Sunday School, please contact me and I will arrange collection.
Anything is accepted no matter how worn as payment is by weight.
