KINGS Furlong Infant School: Yesterday was Kings Furlong Infant School’s Day for Change in aid of UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, with the children putting on a fundraising puppet show. Parents or local residents who want to donate can do so via the school office.
BROOKVALE Community Association: The next committee meeting takes place at 7.30pm on Tuesday, at Brookvale Village Hall.
The association is currently considering resident involvement in a community or neighbourhood plan to steer developments in our local area and the meeting is due to discuss how this can be done.
Staff from the borough council will also be attending to give information and answer questions. Any resident is welcome to attend.
