CHRISTMAS raffle: Bramley Village Bakery ran a Christmas raffle for the Pin Point Radiotherapy machine at Basingstoke hospital, and raised the wonderful amount of £487.

Thanks are extended to all who gave prizes, those who sold tickets and those who bought them.

The sum raised will go towards the target of £450,000 needed for the machine. Later it is hoped to run a table top sale at Bramley Village Hall.

BRAMLEY Show: For the show on August 24, the subjects for the photographic division are Transport, A Bird or Birds, A Tree or Trees and Water.

The committee will meet again on February 12. Any comments or suggestions in regard to items to 01256 881691 – meanwhile, get ‘snapping’.

BRAMLEY and Little London Music Festival 2013: Here are some of the treats in store: On June 13, welcome VOCES8, the stunning cappella octet; on June 14, Fine Arts Brass, the instrumental quintet will perform; and June 15 will be the turn of The Tenorissimi, the great tenors.

Tickets are £12.50, to include wine and nibbles.
