PARISH Council: All full meetings will now be held on the first Wednesday of the month, so the next one will be on February 6 at 7.30pm in the Pavilion Committee Room.
IN STITCHES: Welcomes all knitters, crocheters and other yarn workers to the Cricket Pavilion every Tuesday from January 8 between 9.30am-11.30am. Contact me for details.
VANDALISM: Sadly there have been several incidents of minor vandalism in and around the tennis courts, cricket pitch and Beddington Centre. Be vigilant and report concerns to the police on 101.
VILLAGE Hall: Don’t forget the AGM in the Frank Goddard Room at 8pm and also diary February 16 for the Seniors party.
BASING Beans: Is a not-for-profit playgroup which meets in the Beddington centre (starting again on January 8). Mail basingbeans@hotmail.co.uk for more information.
BRIDGE Lunch: Friends of St Mary's invite players of all standards to the Parish Room on January 29 from 11.15am. Tables are £60. Contact Mrs Cole on 324749.
