ST LEONARD’S: At St Leonard’s Church, on October 12, a full congregation gathered for the licensing of the Rev Stephen Ball as priest-in-charge of the United Benefice of Sherfield-on-Loddon, Stratfield Saye, Hartley Wespall with Stratfield Turgis and Bramley. The service was conducted by the Rt Rev David Williams, Bishop of Basingstoke.
TIPTOE Through the Tombstones, the Loddon Players’ autumn production, is on November 26, 27 and 28 at 7.30pm in the village hall. Tickets for the 10th anniversary production are now available by calling 01256 882426, or by downloading a booking form from the website loddonplayersatsherfield.co.uk, or email loddonboxoffice@gmail.com.
Price of tickets cost £12 and £8, with concessions on Thursday and Saturday only.
