PUDDING evening makes its ever-popular annual return on Wednesday, November 18, from 7.30pm in Ellisfield Memorial Hall. Members of Ellisfield Ladies who would like to take up the challenge and make a pudding, please get in touch with Maggie on 381419 a week before the meeting. The evening will start with a small ploughman’s supper before moving on to the main event of sampling and marking at least eight wonderful puddings.
You have plenty of time to work up an appetite to join in the fun; do let Maggie know by Wednesday, November 11.
ELLISFIELD Village Association has organised a free guided tree walk, starting from the Memorial Hall on Saturday, November 21, at 2pm.
Ellisfield resident Julian Evans (former chief research officer south at Alice Holt Research Centre) will lead the two-hour walk, featuring trees of interest. Walk suitable for all ages and dogs on leads welcome.
