Commercial and residential estate agency Knight Frank, which has a branch in Basingstoke's Top of The Town, helped sell Festival Place shopping centre for £280million

THE sale of Festival Place – which was reported in Monday’s Gazette – was completed thanks to assistance from residential and commercial property estate agents Knight Frank.
The firm, which has an office in London Street, Basingstoke, worked on behalf of its US-based clients, pensions company TIAA-CREF, which purchased the one million sq ft award-winning shopping centre from Grosvenor Group for £280million.
