Business booms at MEPC Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke

BUSINESS is certainly booming on MEPC Chineham Park.
Four new customers and three existing customers expanding have seen the park let more than 100,000 sq ft since December.
Managing director Rupert Batho said: “The level of occupier activity we have seen in the past few months has been outstanding.
“Our superb environment, flexible leasing approach and diversity of building stock has allowed us to attract businesses from a range of sectors which include the hi-tech, security and IT
distribution industries.
“Market-leading names such as Computer 2000, Micro-P, Cobham and Tridonic have all chosen to make Chineham Park their home, bringing with them over 700 jobs. Their investment means that Chineham
Park is busier now than at any time in its 25-year history.”
Chineham Park has more than 60 companies occupying 750,000 sq ft and employing around 3,500 people.
Mr Batho said: “We know from our customers’ feedback that Chineham Park offers exactly what companies need for their business location, and that from chief executive to receptionist, all staff
enjoy the environment we maintain here.
“Proof of our enduring appeal is revealed by our high customer retention rate. Businesses not only choose to move here, but once here they choose to stay.”
