HSBC in Basingstoke is looking for great exporters for the Inspire12 Business Awards
WITH less than a month to go before the August 31 deadline, Andrew Brattesani, from HSBC, is encouraging local business to make their nominations for the INSPIRE12 Business Awards.
The bank, which has branches in Festival Place and in London Street, in Basingstoke’s Top of The Town area, is sponsoring The Exporter of the Year category.
It will be one of 12 awards up for grabs when the very best of north Hampshire’s businesses and entrepreneurs are honoured at a glittering gala dinner, which is set to take place at the Hampshire Court Hotel, in Chineham, on Thursday, November 15.
Andrew, who is area commercial director, said: “Commercial Banking is at the absolute heartland of HSBC and, being a recognised leader in supporting international trade throughout the globe, we see the INSPIRE Business Awards as a great opportunity of acknowledging the most exciting exporters that we have in the Basingstoke locality.”
Impressed with last year’s Exporter of the Year winner, Vectair, Andrew has high hopes for this year’s nominations.
He said: “The award is open to both novice and established exporters. The winner will demonstrate how exporting has significantly benefited the organizations’ profitability and strategy. The company must show outstanding achievement in driving forward export initiatives and orders.”
Nominations can be made by companies, employees and customers inspirebusinessawards.co.uk.
