Simon joins flock at Lamb Brooks

A SOLICITOR who has plenty of experience in mergers and acquisitions and management buyouts has joined Lamb Brooks as a partner.
Simon Arthur previously worked for Southampton law firm Moore Blatch, where he also specialised in share schemes, fundraising from angel investors through to the bigger corporate arrangements, and restructuring work.
Now a member of the Basingstoke firm’s commercial team, he said: “I’m looking forward to working in Basingstoke. I’ve already had a very warm welcome.”
Delighted to have Simon on board, Alec Brooks, partner and head of the firm’s commercial services group, said: “His background in mergers and acquisitions work and management buy-outs will be invaluable in the current market when so many companies are re-considering their structures.”
