Mollie Oram, who will be based at the Elliotts branch in Tadley for the next 12 months, said, “Everyone at the branch has been really welcoming and I’m looking forward to learning more about how it all runs. Hopefully my involvement will also encourage more women into the industry.”

Mireille Nicholson, firm HR manager, said: “We’ve got a strong track record of recruiting apprentices and supporting them to progress. We are very pleased to be welcoming our 6 new apprentices, and we still have opportunities for a further four apprentices to join the scheme. We would like to hear from anyone who is interested in starting their career at Elliotts.”
