GOTCHA is the new name for a Basingstoke recruitment company.
The firm, run by managing director Angela Warner, was previously called vacancy2market, and is based at Slington House, in Rankine Road, Daneshill.
Explaining the reasons for the new name, Angela said: “We’ve been going through a rebrand and communication exercise for the last eight months, really highlighting why we are different, how we’re different and why we benefit companies and consultancies.
“The word gotcha just came from talking through why we are different.
“When we get somebody a place we sometimes like to say gotcha and so we thought this would be a good name.
“The strapline – this time it’s personnel – is very important as well. That’s a nice twist because everything we do is very personal and bespoke.”
Angela, who heads a team of six, added: “It’s an exciting time because all of our business is referrals.
“And the reason for the rebrand along with our new website, gotcharecruitment.co.uk, was to reposition ourselves in the market because we help a lot of HR and business consultants.”
“We focus on results and the results are when employees stay with our clients.
“We offer some unique guarantees – things like free of charge replacements if someone leaves within six months.”
