Following its merger with Peritus HR, Reality HR with its move to larger offices, has seen a 30 per cent increase in its client base.

The firm now provides outsourced HR services to more than 90 companies.

To meet this growing demand, it has made two new appointments with Donna Bonfield to the position of HR Consultant and Jessica Bellingham as a marketing assistant. The new appointments bring the total number of employees to 17.

Donna, who has more than 20 years’ experience gained primarily in large corporates in the financial services sector.

Her role as HR consultant includes acting as HR manager for a number of clients, working with them to understand their business plans and helping them build the strategic people plans to support it.

Donna said: “Working for Reality HR has given me the opportunity to continue with my professional career, but with the flexibility of balancing my family life. I have the chance to work with an exciting range of clients across a number of different industries advising, supporting and helping them to deliver the people aspects of their business plans.”

Jessica has joined the firm to boost the marketing capability of the company.

Her role incorporates all aspects of social media, advertising, e-shots and promotional literature, as well as providing support to the HR consultants.

Jessica said: “I’m so excited to start working at Reality HR during this time of change and growth.

“The company has not only recently undergone a rebrand, but is constantly expanding, which enables me to explore new opportunities and to get creative.

The environment is so friendly and relaxed and I have the flexibility to study for my CIM diploma in Digital Marketing, as well as continue working with some of my previous clients from my freelancing days.

The flexible hours approach adopted at Reality HR also means that my hours avoid the rush hour commute which, of course, is an added bonus.”

Reality HR managing director, Laura Davis, said: “I’m really looking forward to 2015, a year in which we can build on the momentum gained during 2014.

“I’m delighted to welcome Donna and Jessica to the team as I know that they will be able to play a big part in our continued growth. I wish them every success.”
