THE Continental Road to Rio Roadshow will be heading to Headley on Tuesday.

Continental Tyres, who are sponsors of this summer’s World Cup, are expected to arrive at Headley Tyres’ on the A339 Newbury Road, on the very edge of the border of Basingstoke and Deane, by 2pm and will stay until 3pm.

While there, local football fans will be able to enjoy a little piece of Brazil.

The stop-off point will give supporters the chance to meet Fuleco, the Brazil 2014 mascot, and send the England team a message via a unique photo booth.

Continental is also offering the chance for one lucky person to win a pair of tickets to the World Cup Final in Brazil, including flights and accommodation – a once in a lifetime prize for any fan.

To be in with a chance to win, all you have to do is tweet a picture of the roadshow truck when you spot it with #contiroadtorio.

Linda Dunn, who is the managing director of the new state-of-the art tyre centre, said: “We’re very excited to host the Road to Rio Roadshow and delighted that Continental included us in the tour schedule.”

The Continental roadshow is visiting hundreds of locations across England and giving fans the chance to get involved.
