ACCOUNTANCY firm Baker Tilly has merged its two Basingstoke offices.
Staff based at its Vantage offices, in Victoria Street, have now moved over to the firm’s base at Springpark House, on Basing View.
The move follows the merger of Baker Tilly with RSM Tenon in August last year, which resulted in the takeover of RSM Tenon’s office, in Victoria Street.
Mike Blain, pictured, office managing partner for Baker Tilly in Basingstoke, said bringing together the experience and skills of both teams will strengthen the firm’s tax and accounting offering to clients, and provide further opportunities for expansion in the area.
Mike said: “Integrating our offices in Basingstoke will mean that we are able to combine our strengths and skills to enhance our already strong offering to new and existing clients.
“We believe that having a presence within Basingstoke is important, and having a stronger presence in our market demonstrates our commitment to the local business community and to the future of the town itself.”
