JUST installed: At Pamber Heath Memorial Hall a defibrillator has been installed this week. The hall committee has paid for this and it is installed on the outside of the building by the front entrance. Instructions for use are very clearly displayed but a mobile phone will be needed to dial 999 first of all. Then you follow the instructions from the emergency operator. The installation of a defibrillator in the village is definitely something that members of the public can use, and the village hall is used all the time by people of all ages.
