VALENTINE’S Special: St Michael’s Hospice Shop, in Brighton Hill Parade, is holding a Valentine’s Special this Saturday, where there will be a Valentine’s themed special day to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice.

SPONSORED Hymn Sing: At Church of Christ the King, in Sullivan Road, on Saturday between 2pm and 5pm, to raise funds for new music stands for the music group.
COUNCILLOR Surgery: The Councillor’s Surgery, which was to be held on Saturday at Brighton Hill Community School, has been cancelled. The next surgery will resume on the first Saturday in September.
NEW Brighton Hill Post Office Local: Is now open. After a long wait, I am pleased that the Post Office Local is now open in the refurbished One Stop shop, on Stanford Road.
MESSY Church: Will take place today, at the Church of Christ the King, in Sullivan Road, from 3.30pm until 6pm, where there will be fun, craft, food and friendship for all the family. This month’s theme is “Joshua”.
