Eleven brand-new homes bought from the developer by investment landlords are due to come to the lettings market during December through agents Romans.

All the properties are unfurnished, but have fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, and include 10 two-bedroomed houses and an apartment and a three-bedroomed home.

The rents for the two-bedroomed units have been set at £850 a month and the three-bedroomed house has a monthly rent of £1,000.

Limes Park is part of the redevelopment of the old Park Prewett hospital site in Basingstoke, and the Bryant Homes are built with sustainable materials and designed to set new levels of energy efficiency.
