DAVIS JADE MICHELLE Born 16/11/1995 - Died 15/03/2015 Jade's Mummy and Daddy wish to thank the following: To Geoff Church for all his support and to The Reverend Richard Harlow of St. Paul's in Tadley, for giving our Little Angel the perfect send off. To Friends and Family for all they have done and for their continuing love and kindness. To the Staff, former Students and Students of the Willink School in Burghfield who attended Jade's Funeral in vast numbers. It was lovely to see so many of Jade's Friends and you were all a credit to yourselves and to the School. To Tadley Community Primary School who have been absolutely incredible and have given us so much love and support. There are simply not enough words to describe how grateful we are for everything you have done. We will never be able to thank you enough. And to five special people - George and Gary Bone, Shane Pike, Alison Falcus and the wonderful Diana (Mrs K!), who we are honoured to have as our closest friends. Diana - Words aren't enough to describe how much we love you and how much you mean to us. We thank you from the very bottom of our broken hearts. Mandy and Eric Davis - Jade's very proud parents.
