Russell PALMER Anne, Nick and Daniel would like to thank family and friends for all their support and kindness during Russell's illness. Thank you also to everyone who attended the funeral, sent cards, emails and donations to our chosen charities. It was very comforting during such a sad time. Thank you to the NHS and St Michael's Hospice. Special thanks to the Rapid Response Team and the team of Nobilis Carers who looked after Russell so professionally at home. It was really appreciated.
