Ivy Ada ROSE Harris 17/3/1925 -19/9/2012 Left us peacefully in her sleep in the late evening of Wednesday September 19th, with her daughter by her side. Predeceased by her husband George Albert TIM Harris (2002), survived by children Kay Thorpe (Jeff) and Keith Harris (Karin) and ever loving grandchildren Sarah, Kris and Nigel. Rose served her country in the Womens Land Army and lived for over 60 years in Oakley. With her husband active in square dancing and Lawn Bowling and on her own as a volunteer at St Michaels Hospice in Overton. Heartfelt thanks go out to each and every one of the Carers who became part of the "family" because of their extraordinary devotion. Funeral service to be held 10.30 a.m. at St. Leonards, Oakley, Wednesday October 1st.
