WELCH Freda Passed away peacefully, after a short illness, on 2nd May 2017, aged 84 years. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Tuesday 30th May at 12:30 pm. Family flowers only.
