Herbert George MERRITT (Bert) Passed away 12th November 2014 aged 79 years. Much loved husband to Irene, Dad and Grandad. Funeral service to be held at Basingstoke Crematorium on Wednesday 26th November at 12.30pm. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o Spencer and Peyton family-run Funeral Directors. Oh dad I miss you so much you have left a major hole in my heart. You are with me where ever I go & always will. I'm so lucky to have had you as my dad I couldn't have asked for a more loving Dad. The boys are also very lucky to have had you as they Grandad. Plus Steve had a lovely drinking buddy who happened to be his Father in law.
