PALMER Russell Passed peacefully away on Wednesday 16th July 2014 at home after an illness bravely fought. Dearly loved Husband of Anne and devoted and proud Father to Nick, Daniel and future Daughter-in-Law Jane. He will be sadly missed by all the family and friends. Funeral service at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 7th August 2014 at 2pm Family flowers only please.
