Monty GATEHOUSE Passed away peacefully at St Michael's Hospice on 19th February 2013 aged 73 years. An adored Husband, Dad, Grandad, Son, Brother, Uncle and Brother in law. Many thanks to all who cared for him. For their kindness and understanding especially Dr Trueman and the Carers from Bluebird and the Request Care Agencies.
