BASINGSTOKE Town Ladies slipped closer to the Southern Premier Division relegation zone with a 4-2 defeat at home to Bracknell Town on Sunday.
The hosts took the lead through Josette Pearmine after just 10 minutes but Bracknell led 2-1 at half-time. Katie Randell levelled the scores early in the second half, but Bracknell scored twice more to take all three points.
The result means that Town are now just two points above the relegation zone, but they turn their attention to the North Hants Cup final on Sunday, in which they meet Fleet Town Ladies at Whitchurch.
