On Monday, April 22, at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court he was ordered to pay a £200 fine, £40 court costs and £114 victim surcharge.
He was also given a 30-day community order and must undertake rehabilitation activity for 25 days.
The court decided to increase a medium-level community order to high-level community order due to the racial element of his offending.
He also received a restraining order and he is banned from contacting the victim directly or indirectly.
