A MAN from Basingstoke who went to a road he was banned from entering by a restraining order has avoided prison.
On Thursday, March 28, Samuel Rolfe, of Quilter Road, without reasonable excuse visited Taverner Close which he was prohibited from doing so by the order.

During a hearing held at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, April 4, the 23-year-old was sentenced for the offence.
Magistrates handed him an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for six months.
